What is useful to include

A wrong word or sentence. Tell us the language and the level number, and what it should say instead. These get fixed quickly.
A missing language. Send around forty common words, eight short sentences and three short paragraphs, and it can be added as a full 50-level course.
A keyboard layout that does not match the one you actually use.
A bug. Which browser and device, and what you did just before it went wrong.
Data deletion. Write from the email address on the account.
